PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generation device, an ion generation system, and a storage that are capable of efficiently emitting ions with small sizes and operate with DC power supply.SOLUTION: A positive ion generator 30a receives application of a positive drive voltage from a high voltage generation part 6 and generates positive ions. A negative ion generator 30b receives application of a negative drive voltage from the high voltage generation part 6 and generates negative ions. A common fixed potential is given to a dielectric electrode 32a of a positive ion generator 30a and an induction electrode 32b of a negative ion generator 30b by a fixed potential line 43, which stabilizes potentials of the dielectric electrode 32a and the induction electrode 32b.
