The present invention relates to a tray for raising a seedling, wherein unit ports can be easily separated one by one so that damage to the seedling or to bed soil can be prevented during seedling transplantation or seedling implantation, and the unit ports are made of biodegradable plastics in order to be implanted in soil so as to enable a user to simply use and handle the same so that the seedling can be actively and stably raised through mycorrhizo.
