The rodent repelling film of the present invention comprises a first adhesion layer including an adhesive and a first resin； a support layer formed by including a rodent repellent and a second resin on the first adhesion layer； and a second adhesion layer formed by including the rodent repellent, the adhesive, and the first resin on the support layer.
