A cosmetic composition for hair containing a natural plant oil is provided to wash hair without skin irritation by stably dispersing the natural plant oil using a floating agent and surfactant. A hair cosmetic composition comprises 0.1-1.0 weight% of cation polymer, 10-70 weight% of anion surfactant, 0.01-10.0 weight% of plant oil, 0.1-10.0 weight% of hydroxyl-containing crystalline particle floating agent, and 0.1-10.0 weight% of cation surfactant. The cation polymer is the polymeric quaternary ammonium salts of hydroxyethyl cellulose or gua hydroxypropyl tri ammonium chloride. The plant oil is the sunflower oil, hazelnut oil, castor oil or canola oil. The hydroxyl-containing crystalline particle floating agent is the 12-hydroxystearate, 9,10-dihydroxy stearate, tri-9,10-dihydroxystearin, tri-12-hydroxystyrene or glyceryltri-12- hydroxystearate. The cation surfactant is the cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride, stearyltrimethyl ammonium chloride, and behenyltrimethyl ammonium chloride or stearamidopropyl dimethyl amine.본 발명은 기존의 양이온 폴리머 및 다량의 음이온 계면활성제 이외에 히드록시 함유 결정성 입자 부유제 및 양이온 계면활성제를 더 포함하여 천연 식물성 오일을 안정하게 분산시켜 함유할 수 있는 모발 화장료 조성물을 개시한다. 본 발명의 모발 화장료 조성물은 천연 식물성 오일을 안정적으로 분산시켜 함유하므로 천연 화장품 조성물에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.
