In order to improve problems in which a conventionally developed ankle muscular strength assistive device is difficult to be compatibly used according to a body size because the device simultaneously serves as a shoe, has a short lifecycle due to abrasion and difficulty in alternately using in the indoor and outdoor, and has difficulties in adjusting a balance due to a difference in heel height when worn in only one foot and in flexibly responding to muscular strength acting on the ankle according to a walking condition such as a flatland, an inclined plane, and stairs to decrease wearing effects, the present invention is to provide an intelligent ankle muscular strength assistive robot, which is provided with a tibia fixing part, a top side fixing part, and a control part and is fixed to the top side of the foot and the tibia of a wearer so that the wearer can use the robot while the wearer wears shoes to be fixed, thereby unnecessarily adjusting the balance in both heel heights, preventing a lifecycle from being reduced due to friction with the ground while walking, being easily worn to freely move to the indoor and outdoor, having a simple structure to minimize a volume and the number of components thereof and decreasing a weight thereof to reduce manufacturing costs for commercialization, and analyzing a pattern of the muscular force acting on the ankle of the user to assist the amount of the ankle muscular force according to the walking condition such as the flatland, the inclined plane, and the stairs.본 발명은 기존에 개발된 발목근력을 보조해주는 장치가 신발역할을 동시에 수용하도록 구성되어 신체 사이즈에 따라 상호 호환되어 사용하기 어렵고, 마모로 인해 수명이 짧으며 실외 및 실내를 번갈아 사용하기에 어려움이 있으며, 한쪽 발에만 착용시 굽높이 차이가 발생하여 균형을 맞추기 어려우며, 평지나 경사면, 계단 등 보행상황에 따라 발목에 작용하는 근력을 유동적으로 대응할 수 없어 착용효과가 떨어지는 문제점을 개선하고자, 정강이 고정부, 발등 고정부, 제어부로 구성되어 착용자의 발등과 정강이에 고정되어 착용자의 신발을 착용한 상태에서 고정시켜 사용할 수 있어 굽높이의 양쪽 균형을 따로 맞출 필요가 없고, 보행시 지면과의 마찰로 인한 마모로 수명이 단축되는 것을 방지하며, 탈착이 용이하여 실내 및 실외를 자유롭게 이동하며 사용할 수 있고, 간단한 구조로 부피 및 구성부품을 최소화하여 무게를 줄이고 제품단가를 낮춰 상용화할 수 있고
