PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for heat-shock processing for growing plants, causing less energy loss without being influenced by a peripheral temperature environment.SOLUTION: This device for heat-shock processing is composed of a cover which covers from the outside, inside plants grown in a filed and to be applied with heat shock, and a spraying means which sprays as hot fog drips, hot water which is temperature controlled to a prescribed temperature, to the inside of the cover.
