The present invention provides a wearable heart rate measuring device having a shape of a glove to be worn on a hand of a user. According to the present invention, the wearable heart rate measuring device comprises: an input unit to receive an exercise mode corresponding a health state of the user； a speaker to output an auditory signal where the number of bits per unit time is changed in accordance with the exercise mode； a heart rate sensor which is attached to a finger of the user, and measures a heart rate of the user to generate a sensor signal； a control unit to extract the heart rate of the user from the sensor signal received from the heart rate sensor； and a display unit to visually display the extracted heart rate. The control unit determines a proper heart rate range of the user in accordance with the exercise mode, and compares a determined heart rate and the extracted heart rate to control the speaker to output a warning sound and control the display unit to output a visual warning if the determined heart rate is out of the proper heart rate range. The heart rate sensor is positioned on a finger of the glove. According to the present invention, a danger level is displayed by an LED to recognize danger, and a warning sound is outputted if a real dangerous state is suspected to allow the user to realize the real dangerous state.
