Method for isolation of circulating cells from peripheral blood that uses magnetic nanoparticles covered with monoclonal antibodies that are injected to vein through vein cannula (1), while the position of nanoparticles is controlled using magnets (2), nanoparticles are exposed to circulating blood cells, and blood cells are captured by bonding to antibodies on the surface of nanoparticles, then are nanoparticles moved closer to vein cannula with the movement of magnets (2), and subsequently is through the cannula (1) inserted wire (3) with the magnetic core (4) and magnets (2) are removed or switched off, then are nanoparticles attracted to the wire (3), then is the wire (3) with blood cells removed from cannula (1) and placed in tube (6) with medium, subsequently is magnetic core of the wire (4) removed and nanoparticles with bound blood cells released in the medium.
