PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and safe composition for skin care which can readily accommodate individual differences of skin environment, has fewer bad influences such as adverse side effects, and can attain healthy normal skin flora by growing useful bacteria selectively, and to provide a fungus body and a dried fungus body suitably used for production thereof, and to provide a sampling implement to sample useful bacteria.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a composition for skin care, a fungus body, and a dried fungus body to be applied to a human, comprising one or more fungus bodies or the like selected from the group consisting of: one or more strains of useful bacteria which are separated from bacteria sampled from a human skin surface and are selectively grown, the useful bacteria being grown on the human skin surface from which they are sampled and improving the epidermal moisture content of the skin； a fungus body component thereof； and a production material of the useful bacteria, wherein the one or more fungus bodies or the like shall be derived from the bacteria sampled from the human skin surface who is a target of application.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】皮膚環境の個人差に容易に対応可能で、副作用等の悪影響が少なく、有用菌を選択的に増殖させることにより皮膚常在菌叢の健全化を図ることが可能な、新規かつ安全なスキンケア用組成物およびその製造に好適に用いられる菌体および乾燥菌と、有用菌を採取する採取具を提供すること。【解決手段】ヒトの皮膚表面から採取した細菌より分離し選択的に増殖させた、その細菌を採取したヒトの皮膚表面で増殖し、その皮膚の表皮水分量を改善させる１または複数種の有用菌の菌体と、その菌体成分と、前記有用菌の産生物質とからなる群より選択される１または複数である菌体等を含み前記ヒトに適用するスキンケア用組成物や菌体、乾燥菌体について、その１または複数の菌体等が、適用の対象となるヒトの皮膚表面より採取した細菌に由来するものとした。【選択図】図２
