PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish capture device capable of capturing juvenile fishes and fries alive, a carrier ship for a fish capture device to transport the fish capture device to a desired spot, and a fish capture method for capturing juvenile fishes and fries alive.SOLUTION: The fish capture installed in the sea for capturing object fishes has a body part 10 having a hollow housing space 1h inside and an opening 10h formed on a lateral wall to communicate between the housing space 1h and the outside. The body part 10 has opening part opening/closing means 20 capable of opening and closing the opening 10h and illumination means 30 capable of illuminating the inner wall face of the housing space 1h. When the opening 10h is closed by the opening part opening/closing means 20, even fishes susceptible to contact, etc. can be captured alive in the housing space 1h of the body part 10. When the illumination means 30 is activated, depletion caused by crash of the captured object fishes against the inner wall face is suppressed and the natural object fishes can be kept alive at a high survival rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】魚類の稚魚や幼魚などを活きたまま捕獲することができる魚類捕獲装置、かかる装置を所望の場所まで移送するための魚類捕獲措置用運搬船および魚類の稚魚や幼魚などを活きたまま捕獲する魚類捕獲方法を提供する。【解決手段】海に設置して対象魚類を捕獲する装置であって、内部に中空な収容空間1hを有し、収容空間1hと外部とを連通する開口10hが側壁に形成された本体部10を備えており、本体部10には、開口10hを開閉し得る開口部開閉手段20が設けられており、本体部10には、収容空間1hの内壁面を照射し得る照明手段30が設けられている。開口10hを開口部開閉手段20によって閉じれば、接触等に弱い魚類であっても活かしたまま本体部10の収容空間1h内に捕獲できる。照明手段30を作動すれば、捕獲した対象魚類が内壁面に激突することによって生じる減耗を抑制できるので、天然の対象魚類を高い生存率で活かすことができる。【選択図】図1
