PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion capable of effectively preventing the decubitus formed at the buttocks of a seating person and stabilizing the posture of the seating person.SOLUTION: This cushion supports the adjacency of the ischium and the coccyx of the seating person by small-size air cells 10, the rear side of the buttocks side faces of the seating person by a pair of second air cells 20 having its width direction larger than that of the first air cell 10, and the adjacency of the femoral regions of the seating person by a front-end side support member 30, wherein the air volumes of the respective second air cells 20 are formed adjustable respectively. The adjacency of the ischium and the coccyx can be supported by the small-size and softly deformable first air cells 10 and the support state of the buttocks side faces by the respective second air cells 20 is adjustable so as to effectively prevent the decubitus. When the seating person has a habit of inclining in the width-directional one side, the air volumes of the second air cells 20 in the width-directional one side are increased to suppress the inclination of the seating person.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】着座者の臀部に発生する褥瘡を効果的に防止することができ、しかも着座者の姿勢を安定させることのできるクッションを提供する。【解決手段】着座者の座骨及び尾骨の近傍を小型の第1エアーセル10によって支持し、着座者の臀部側面の後側を第1エアーセル10よりも大きい幅方向一対の第2エアーセル20によって支持し、着座者の大腿部の近傍を前端側支持部材30によって支持し、各第2エアーセル20の空気量をそれぞれ調整可能に構成した。これにより、座骨及び尾骨の近傍を小型で軟らかく変形する第1エアーセル10によって支持することができ、各第2エアーセル20による臀部側面の支持状態を調整することができるので、褥瘡を効果的に防止することができる。また、幅方向一方に傾く癖のある着座者の場合に、幅方向一方の第2エアーセル20の空気量を増やすことにより、着座者の傾きを抑制することが可能である。【選択図】図1
