PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivering apparatus for granular material, capable of surely dropping the granular material stored in the perforations of a perforated plate through the perforations of the perforated plate when the perforations of the perforated plate communicate with a delivery opening of a delivery plate.SOLUTION: In this delivering apparatus 50 for granular material, the granular material stored in a hopper 41 drops and is stored in the perforations 61 of the perforated plate 60, and when the perforated plate 60 is turned to communicate the perforations 61 of the perforated plate 60 with a delivery opening 55a of the delivery plate 55 arranged below the perforated plate 60, the granular material stored in the perforations 61 of the perforated plate 60 drops to be delivered from the delivery opening 55a of the delivery plate 55.
