Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Stativkopf (12) für medizinische Deckenstative, der einen Handgriff (1) zum Ergreifen und Versetzen des Stativkopfs aufweist. Stativköpfe waren bislang nur an der Vorderseite mit einem Handgriff ausgestattet, so daß sie nur von dieser Seite aus bewegt werden konnten. Um den Stativkopf von allen Seiten bewegen zu können, wird ein Handgriff (1) vorgeschlagen, der so ausgebildet ist, daß er eine vertikale Mittelachse des Stativkopfes umläuft und an der Ober- oder Unterseite des Stativkopfs angebracht ist.
