PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing colon cancer and a pharmaceutical composition are provided to ensure accurate diagnosis and to develop customized anti-cancer drug. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing colon cancer contains a nucleotide sequence of C1orf135(chromosome 1 open reading frame 135) gene, a fragment of the nucleotide, a complementary sequence of the nucleotide sequence or fragment, a protein expressed from C1orf135 gene, or a specific binder to the protein. The kit is a microarray for amplifying genes. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating colon cancer contains an inhibitor of C1orf135 gene expression and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.본 발명은 대장암 진단용 키트, 대장암 진단 마커를 검출하는 방법, 대장암의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물 및 대장암 치료제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 대장암 특이적인 표적 유전자를 제공하여 정확한 대장암 진단을 가능하게 하며, 상기 표적 유전자를 통한 대장암 특이적인 치료제를 제공하므로 부작용이 적은 바이오 신약 및 맞춤형 항암제의 개발을 가능하게 한다.
