This invention provides an oral vaccine against bacterial infectious diseases such as typhoid fever, cholera, and dysentery. The oral vaccine is a capsule preparation including a transformed microorganism by an acid-resistant film, wherein the transformed microorganism can express or secrete a flagellin protein as antigen. The microorganism is enteric bacteria such as Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, and Lactococcus.
