摘要：: This invention provides antibodies that interact with or bind to human nerve growth factor (NGF) and neutralize the function of NGF thereby. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions of said antibodies and methods for neutralizing NGF function, and particularly for treating NGF-related disorders (e.g., chronic pain) by administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of anti-NGF antibodies. Methods of detecting the amount of NGF in a sample using anti-NGF antibodies are also provided.本發明係提供與人類神經生長因子(NGF)產生交互作用或結合，並中和NGF之功能的抗體，以及藉著投與在藥學上有效之含量的對抗NGF之抗體，治療NGF-相關病症(例如慢性疼痛)的方法。亦提供使用對抗NGF之抗體，在試樣中檢測NGF之含量的方法。
