摘要:
metal complexes with indole, oxindole compounds and their imine derivatives, processes for obtaining them, their pharmacological activities as antitumor agents, use of these complexes and derivatives in the formulation of drugs for the treatment of tumors and drugs for the treatment of tumors. the present invention relates to metal complexes with indole, oxindole compounds and their imine derivatives to the respective processes of obtaining and characterizing. it also refers to the biological activity of these complexes and derivatives, especially the pharmacological activities against human tumor cells and their use in the formulation of medicines. the invention also relates to drugs containing such complexes and derivatives in the treatment of tumors. more specifically, it deals with the preparation, identification and verification of the biological activity of synthesized substances, from indole, oxindole compounds, such as isatin, and different amines, later metallized with copper or other essential metals, such as iron, zinc , vanadium, cobalt, nickel, magnesium or manganese, in human tumor cell cultures (example: promotional u937 and neuroblastomas sh-sy5y). Indoles and their derivatives are natural products found in plants, in addition to being one of the products of adrenaline metabolism in humans. by itself, some indoles, such as isatin, already have several pharmacological activities. the products (1), (3) and (5), corresponding to copper complexes with schiff bases derived from isatin, showed antiproliferative and apoptotic activity in the cell cultures used, acting in different phases of the cell cycle, in a variable concentration of 10 to 50 <;109>; mol / l, which indicated potential application as efficient anti-tumor agents.complexos metálicos com compostos indólicos, oxindólicos e seus derivados imínicos, processos para sua obtenção, suas atividades farmacológicas como agentes antitumorais, uso desses complexos e derivados na formulação de medica
