An eye-hand coordination evaluation instrument includes a housing, a micro controller unit (MCU), a score display device, a data transmission interface, an inserting element, and an infrared ray (IR) sensor.The housing has an accommodating space therein.The surface of the housing has a through hole communicating with the accommodating space.The MCU is located in the accommodating space.The score display device is located on the surface of the housing and electrically connected to the MCU.The data transmission interface is electrically connected to the MCU and a computer.The inserting element is detachably inserted into the through hole.The IR sensor is located in the accommodating space and electrically connected to the MCU.The position of the IR sensor corresponds to the position of the through hole.The MCU scans the IR sensor.
