CONSTITUTION: A crude drug composition for preventing inflammatory bone diseases and nerve regeneration contains 60 parts by weight of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver, 50-60 parts by weight of Ledebouriella seseloides WOLFF., 50-60 parts by weight of Angelica koreana L., 50-60 parts by weight of Cibotium barometz, and 110-120 parts by weight of Paeonia japonica (Makino) Miyabe & Takeda. The composition is prepared by heating a mixture of the ingredients using water, alcohol of 1-5 carbon atoms, or a mixture thereof at 85-105 deg. C. for 2-3 hours.
