PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presentation method capable of inducing relaxation of the musculus ciliaris by a simpler configuration.SOLUTION: This presentation method includes a presentation part 1 that presents targets consisting of arbitrary images, separately corresponding to both eyes for inducing relaxation of the musculus ciliaris of a viewer. The presentation part 1 prevents, as the targets, binocular separate images 102 and 103 with such an amount of parallax that a viewers viewing angle for viewing the target is any viewing angle within a range from 2,000 sec to 3,000 sec.
