PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an artificial reed field in a brackish water zone through planting reeds so as not to wither up even if affected by the salinity of brackish water.SOLUTION: This artificial reed field created in the brackish water zone includes planting soil 12 for planting reeds, and water-permeable bank 15 for preventing soil runoff, which surrounds the planting soil 12 and prevents the runoff of the planting soil 12. The planting soil 12 consists of soil having the coefficient of permeability of 1×10cm/s or more up to 25 cm in depth from the ground surface.【課題】ヨシを汽水域の塩分でも枯れないように植栽して、汽水域に人工的なヨシ原を創出する。【解決手段】汽水域に人工的にヨシ原を造成する人工ヨシ原であって、ヨシを植栽する植栽土壌１２と、植栽土壌１２を囲み、植栽土壌１２の流亡を防止する透水性の土壌流亡防止堤１５とを有し、植栽土壌１２は、地表下２５ｃｍの深さまでは、透水係数が１×１０-4cm/s以上の土壌で形成されている。【選択図】図１
