PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath apparatus capable of preventing a truck fixing part from obstructing either a bather to bath directly or a bather helper to help the bathing of the bather.SOLUTION: A bath apparatus comprises: a bathtub 2； a movement mechanism 6 attached to the bathtub 2 for moving a bather into the bathtub 2； a carriage 3 having a truck part 9 and a loading part 10 capable of being separated from the truck part 9； a delivery member capable of moving the loading part 10 reciprocally between the movement mechanism 6 and the truck part 9； and a truck fixing part 5 for connecting the truck part 9 to the bathtub 2 fixedly when the loading part 10 is moved between the truck part 9 and the bathtub 2.
