Some blades of the impeller (4) are placed in the water overflow groove (31). If the filter element (3) is filled with dirt and blocked, the impeller (4) rotates in the water overflow groove (31), and a user can observe the rotation through a transparent window (21) located at a position, corresponding to the impeller, on the surface of the upper cover (2).
