The present invention relates to a novel quinoline derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and to a pharmaceutical composition containing same as an active ingredient. A compound represented by chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof, according to the present invention, does not affect the complex structures of HSP90 and HSF-1, thus does not induce the activation of HSF-1 or the expression of HSP genes, and can therefore promote the death of cancer cells effectively and be used as an active ingredient of an anticancer agent.La présente invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de quinoléine ou son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable et une composition pharmaceutique le contenant comme ingrédient actif. Un composé représenté par la formule chimique (1) ou son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable, ou son solvate, selon la présente invention, n'affecte pas les structures complexes de HSP90 et HSF-1, n'induisant ainsi pas d'activation du HSF-1 ni d'expression des gènes HSP, et peut par conséquent favoriser la mort des cellules cancéreuses de manière efficace et peut être utilisé comme ingrédient actif d'un agent anticancéreux.본 발명은 신규한 퀴놀린 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 또는 그 용매화물은 HSP90과 HSF-1의 complex 구조에 영향을 미치지 않아 HSF-1의 활성화나 HSP gene들의 발현을 유도하지 않으므로 효과적으로 암세포의 사멸을 촉진할 수 있어, 항암제의 유효성분으로 사용될 수 있다.
