METHOD OF MANUFACTURING GRANULES OR TABLETS FORMED AFTER PELLETIZING MULBERRY TWIGS, MULBERRY LEAVES AND RED-SEPALED EVENING PRIMROSE BY IONIZED DEXTRIN, AND BIOACTIVITY
