PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-lumen catheter with a structure which prevents the obstruction of a blood removal port due to suction force in blood removal, and the shortage of a flow rate, so as to prevent blood removal flow rate shortage and a blood removal defect, etc., reduces a load on an operator and a patient in dwelling the catheter, and is suitable for efficiently purifying blood, etc.

SOLUTION: The four-lumen catheter includes a first lumen and a second lumen which are formed with partitions arranged in the longitudinal direction. The first lumen penetrates to the distal end of the catheter and communicates with an external part via an end-hole type opening part. The second lumen communicates with the external part via an end-hole type opening part at a position separated from the opening part of the first lumen by 1-11cm to the side of a proximal part. A small diameter part is formed at the distal end side of the opening part of the second lumen. Third and fourth lumens communicating with the external part via the opening parts of the third and fourth lumens, which are arranged in the small diameter part, are arranged in the intersection part of side walls with the partitions.
