PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a gap between small grids concerning a grid constituted by multiple small grids.SOLUTION: A second grid 14 is constituted by small grids 17-20 joined with a support substrate 22. The small grids 17-20 include: grid parts 17a-20a functioning as grids and pairs of first alignment marks 17b-20b to be used for positioning in attaching the small grids 17-20 to the support substrate 22. The first alignment marks 17b-20b has X-ray transmissivity and arranged close to opposing two sides on a surface where the grid parts 17a-20a are joined with the support substrate 22. Thus, outer edges for arranging the alignment marks are omitted from outer peripheries of the grid parts 17a-20a of the respective small grids 17-20.
