PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods and devices for fixing and securing ligament transplants.SOLUTION: These devices and methods generally use an implant having a specific outer surface shape and a bone tunnel having a complementary shape to provide shape adaptation between the implant and the bone, which uses friction to fix and secure a ligament transplant in bone. These implants may be used in combination with various ligament transplants including hamstring ligament transplants.
