The present invention relates to a dressing material laminated with an adhesive film and to a method for manufacturing the same and, more particularly, to a dressing material laminated with an adhesive film and to a method for manufacturing the same in which the adhesive film having multiple punched through-holes or a film having multiple punched through-holes is laminated on one outer side surface of the dressing material which is used for wound dressing so that injury exacerbation can be effectively prevented, healing can be performed quickly, and secondary damage can be effectively prevented. The present invention is configured to have an absorbing material that absorbs an exudation and a protective film that is laminated on an upper surface of the absorbing material. The adhesive film, in which the multiple through-holes are vertically formed, is laminated on a bottom surface of the absorbing material, and release paper is formed on a bottom surface of the adhesive film. According to the present invention having such configuration, problems found in prior art can be addressed, and the physical properties of the present invention are more excellent than those of expensive dressing material of the prior art. Also, the present invention can provide a novel type of dressing material for wound dressing that can facilitate molding into various sizes and shapes.본 발명은 점착필름이 합지된 드레싱재 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 창상 피복용으로 사용되는 드레싱재의 외측 일면에 다수의 관통공이 천공된 점착필름 혹은 다수의 관통공이 천공된 필름을 합지하여, 상처의 손상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있음은 물론, 그 치유속도가 빠르게 이루어지도록 하고, 나아가, 2차 손상도 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 점착필름이 합지된 드레싱재 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.즉, 본 발명은, 삼출물을 흡수하는 흡수재와, 그 상면에 합지되는 보호필름으로 이루어지되, 상기 흡수재의 저면에는 다수의 관통공이 수직형성된 점착필름이 합지되고, 상기 점착필름의 저면에는 이형지가 형성된 것을 포함하여 이루어짐을 기본 구성으로 하며, 이와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명은, 종래 제품의 문제점을 획기적으로 향상시키고, 동시에 물성면에서도 기존의 고가 드레싱재보다 우수하며 다양한 크기와 형태로의 성형까지 용이한 새로운 형태의 창상피복용 드레싱재를 제공할 수 있다.
