PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide banana confectionery hardly degraded in quality, easy to carry and expressing various tastes without impairing the original appearance of a banana.SOLUTION: A pipe (2) is inserted into the banana (1) from one end thereof without peeling the coat (1a) of the banana, and after the pipe (2) is inserted to an optional depth, the interior of the pipe (2) is decompressed and sucked to separate the flesh of the banana that has got into the pipe (2), from the flesh of the banana outside the pipe (2). The pipe (2) is then pulled out of the banana (1) to provide a hole (3).
