PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide use of a steam feeding needle, an energy feeding probe containing optional features out of various features, and a related method.SOLUTION: One feature of an energy feeding probe is that steam energy which can be condensed is added to a tissue of a prostate, for shrinking, damaging and modifying a prostate. In some embodiments, a needle can apply ablation continuously to a leaf area of the prostate in parallel to an urethral wall.
