An incontinence treatment device includes a synthetic urethra and a cuff separate from the synthetic urethra. The synthetic urethra provides a flow diameter that is configured to be spliced into a natural urethra such that the flow diameter is aligned with a lumen of the natural urethra for passage of urine. A closure device includes a pump communicating between a reservoir and the cuff. The cuff is attachable around an outer circumference of the synthetic urethra. The pump is operable to move a liquid from the reservoir to inflate the cuff, the inflated cuff adapted to circumferentially compress and constrict the flow diameter of the synthetic urethra.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de lincontinence qui comprend un urètre synthétique et un manchon séparé de lurètre synthétique. Lurètre synthétique présente un diamètre découlement qui est configuré pour être épissé dans un urètre naturel de sorte que le diamètre découlement soit aligné avec une lumière de lurètre naturel pour le passage durine. Un dispositif de fermeture comprend une pompe communiquant entre un réservoir et le manchon. Le manchon peut être raccordé autour dune circonférence externe de lurètre synthétique. La pompe est opérationnelle pour déplacer un liquide depuis le réservoir pour gonfler le manchon, le manchon gonflé étant adapté pour comprimer et restreindre de façon circonférentielle le diamètre découlement de lurètre synthétique.
