According to an embodiment of the present invention, an anesthetic injection device is provided with a syringe including an injection body for storing an anesthetic and an injection piston for pressurizing the anesthetic. The anesthetic injection device comprises: a body part provided with a sliding groove therein； a seating part installed on the body part at an upper portion of the slide groove, and having the injection body seated thereon； a piston pressing part spaced apart from the seating part, movably installed on the body part, and having the injection piston seated thereon； a display bar provided with a scale on the outer surface thereof, seated in the sliding groove, and interlocked with the piston pressing part to slide along the sliding groove； and a control part controlling the operation of the piston pressing part depending on the set injection speed and the set injection amount when the injection speed and injection amount of the anesthetic are set. The piston pressing part is moved toward the seating part, pressurizes the anesthetic while the injection piston is moved toward the front end of the injection body, and is operated to discharge the anesthetic from the injection body at the set injection speed and amount. It is preferable that the display bar is moved forward in the same direction as the piston pressing part to the outside direction of the body part so that the amount of the anesthetic discharged from the injection body is displayed in scale.
