PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved airway device which overcomes or reduces some or all of issues of conventional technology.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an airway device for human animal use. The airway device has an airway tube which has a distal end part and a proximal end part and an oral cavity stabilizer. The distal end part of the oral cavity stabilizer is surrounded by a pharyngeal cuff which is composed so as to anatomically fit the pharyngeal inlet of a patient, and is located in contact with or around the airway tube between the pharyngeal cuff and the proximal end part of the airway tube. Moreover, the oral cavity stabilizer and the anterior lateral surface of the tongue of the patient are nested with each other. The size, shape, softness, and structure of the oral cavity stabilizer are composed to provide stability, while preventing the rotational or horizontal movement of the airway tube in use.
