Also disclosed is a cleaning apparatus which is provided with: a cleaning bath that is configured so as to be able to perform ultrasonic cleaning a mixing unit for producing a cleaning liquid in which chlorine dioxide is dissolved a first pipe for supplying the cleaning liquid from the mixing unit to the cleaning bath and a second pipe for supplying water to the cleaning bath.
