In particular, the apparatus for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention includes: an anterior teeth fixing part including first fixing members respectively fixed to anterior teeth and first wires connecting the first fixing members a posterior teeth fixing part including second fixing members respectively fixed to posterior teeth and a 2-1th wire and a 2-2th wire respectively connecting a left second fixing member and a right second fixing member of the second fixing members a first guide wire and a second guide wire respectively fixed to the 2-1th wire and the 2-2th wire and each of which is extended toward the anterior fixing part and a pair of tubes fixed to the anterior fixing part and respectively accommodating the first guide wire and the second guide wire to pass therethrough, wherein the pair of tubes guide the first guide wire and the second guide wire to move back and forth in a predetermined direction.
