The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising rhodanine derivatives, 3-{5-[5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-furan-2-ylmethylene]-4-oxo-2-thioxo-thiazolidine-3-yl}-propionic acid (AVI-CO-004), for preventing or treating AIDS. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising two or more anti-HIV compounds. The composition of the present invention exhibits a synergy effect of anti-HIV activity compared to a case of using each compound as a sole drug. Therefore, even when a smaller amount of the composition than a sole drug of each compound is administered, the composition provides efficacious anti-HIV activity and reduces side effects such as toxicity. In addition, even when various kinds of compounds are used in combination, the composition exhibits an excellent effect of maintaining a non-infectious virus generation effect of AVI-CO-004 at the same level or increasing the non-infectious effect without interference and inhibition phenomena among the compounds. Therefore, the composition can inhibit the emergence of drug-resistant viruses in an effective manner.본 발명은 로다닌 유도체, 3-{5-[5-(4-클로로-페닐)-퓨란-2-일메틸렌]-4-옥소-2-티옥소-티아졸리딘-3-일}-프로피온산(AVI-CO-004)을 함유하는 AIDS 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 둘 이상의 항-HIV 화합물을 함유하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 조성물은 각각의 화합물 등을 단독 약제로 사용하는 경우보다 항 HIV 활성의 상승효과를 나타내기 때문에, 각각의 화합물의 단독 약제보다 적은 양을 투여하여도, 충분한 항-HIV 활성을 제공하고, 독성 등과 같은 부작용을 감소시킬 뿐 아니라, 여러 가지 화합물을 병용 사용하는 경우에도 화합물 간의 간섭, 억제 현상 없이 AVI-CO-004의 비 감염성 바이러스 생성 효과를 동등 수준 이상으로 유지 또는 상승시키는 우수한 효과를 나타내므로, 약물 내성 바이러스의 출현을 효과적으로 저해할 수 있다.
