PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically supply/discharge gas into/from a balloon to solve a problem of, for example, ischemia necrosis of a tissue (for example, intestinal wall) due to gas loading into the balloon for a long time.SOLUTION: There are provided a hollow tube, a balloon, a vent tube, a valve, a gas supply module, an electronic circuit module, and a power supply. The hollow tube is closed on one end and opened on the other end. A lateral hole is provided in the vicinity of the closed end, and a balloon is attached to the hollow tube at slightly apart from the closed end. The vent tube connects the balloon, the valve, and the gas supply module to supply, hold, and discharge the gas into/from the balloon. The electronic circuit module includes a micro processor unit to control open/close state of the valve and the gas supply module. In the present device, the gas is automatically supplied, held, and discharged into/from the balloon in accordance with the length of a preset time. Also, the present device is combined with a hollow tune, imaging module, lighting module and displaying module having a transparent region so as to visualize a process in a body to prevent a damage on the tissue.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】バルーンへの給排気の自動化を実現し、長時間のバルーン気体充填による組織（例えば腸壁）の虚血壊死の問題等を改善すること。【解決手段】中空管、バルーン、通気管、バルブ、給気モジュール、電子回路モジュールおよび電源からなる。中空管は一端が閉鎖端であり他端が開口端である。閉鎖端の近いところに横穴があり、閉鎖端からやや離れたところに中空管に付着したバルーンがある。通気管はバルーンとバルブと給気モジュールとを繋ぎ、バルーンへの給気・保持・排気を行う。電子回路モジュールはマイクロプロセッサユニットを持ち、バルブの開閉状態と給気モジュールを制御する。本装置では、設定時間の長さに応じてバルーンへの給気・保持・排気を自動で行なう。また、本装置は透明区域を有する中空管、撮影モジュール、照明モジュール及び表示モジュールと組み合わせて運用することで体内行進時の途中状況を見ることができ組織への傷害を回避する。【選択図】図１
