PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track greening unit can favorably raising plants using a soil culture medium without damaging planted greens or inhibiting their growth by wind generated by travelling of electric trains. SOLUTION: The track greening unit includes: a substantially tray-like container 22 having a bottom plate 36 installable between right/left tracks 10, and sidewalls 38 erecting from the peripheral edges of the bottom plate 36, and a track greening mat 24 stored in the container 22. The upper edges of the sidewalls 38b and 38d of the container 22 which are non-parallel to the tacks 10 are set higher than the upper face of the track greening mat 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
