According to the present invention, in order to resolve the problem of an existing medicine preparation method that a pharmacist may wrongly prepare medicine different from a prescription by mistake, thereby delaying treatment for a patient or, at worst, causing life-threatening medical accident and the problem of an existing automatic medicine preparation device that the medical accident mentioned above is unavoidable if the pharmacist gives a wrong order at first since the device is in a half-automatic form of just counting the number of pills and packaging the pills, content in a prescription is coded as a QR code or a bar code； the coded content of the prescription is read； and medicine is automatically prepared according to the content in the prescription. Therefore, a pharmacist does not need to prepare medicine or operate a device in person, and medicine is automatically prepared according to a given prescription so that medical accidents can be prevented.본 발명은 자동 조제장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 약사가 실수로 처방전과 다르게 약을 잘못 조제함으로 인해 환자의 치료가 늦어지거나 심한 경우 생명에 위험을 줄 수도 있는 의약 사고 발생의 가능성이 항상 존재하였던 종래의 조제방식 및 기계적으로 약의 수를 세어 포장만 하는 반자동식 형태로 구성되어 처음부터 약사가 약을 잘못 지시하게 되면 상기한 바와 같은 의약사고를 피할 수 없었던 종래의 자동 조제장치들의 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 처방전에 기록된 내용을 QR 코드나 바코드와 같은 형태로 코드화하고, 이와 같이 코드화된 처방전의 내용을 판독하여 자동으로 처방전에 기록된 처방대로 약을 조제하도록 구성됨으로써, 약사가 직접 약을 조제하거나 장치를 조작할 필요 없이 주어진 처방전에 따라 자동으로 조제할 수 있도록 구성되어 의약 사고 발생의 위험을 방지할 수 있는 자동 조제장치가 제공된다.
