The medical capsule producing roller according to the present invention includes: a rotation roller main body in which a film is supplied to an outer circumference surface of the rotation roller main body and rotated a plurality of film insertion parts dented in a capsule shape at the outer circumference surface of the rotation roller main body and an air discharge hole formed through a floor surface of the film insertion parts, for removing air pressure generated when the film adhered by suction to the film insertion parts. The film insertion part includes: an insertion hole main body into which the film is inserted and an adhesive extension sill formed between a connection surface which connects the insertion hole main bodies adjacent to each other and an inner wall surface of the insertion hole main body to form a shape stepped by a predetermined height, for extending adhesion area of the film.
