PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for a wound surface excellent in adhesiveness to a skin, having expandability caopable of following according to the movement of a body, hardly adhering to the wound surface, and the manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: The pad for the wound surface has a liquid absorbing layer having expandability and capable of absorbing components derived from a living body and a resin layer having opening parts, a liquid absorbing layer and constituting material does not project from the resin layer and the strength when extending 50% in at least one direction of the pad for the wound surface is 8N/50 mm width or less. In the manufacturing method, the resin layer having the opening parts is formed by adding a resin material to the liquid of absorbing layer constituting material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 皮膚との密着性に優れ、身体の動きに応じて追従できる伸縮性を有するとともに、皮膚創傷面に癒着しにくい創傷面用のパッドを提供すること、及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明の創傷面用パッドは、伸縮性を有するとともに、生体由来成分を吸液できる吸液層と、開口部を有する樹脂層を備えた創傷面用パッドであり、前記樹脂層から吸液層構成材料が突出しておらず、しかも創傷面用パッドの少なくとも一方向における50%伸長時の強さが8N/50mm幅以下である。また、製造方法は、吸液層構成材料に対して、樹脂材料を付与して、開口部を有する樹脂層を形成する、前記創傷面用パッドの製造方法である。【選択図】 図1
