The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of leek probiotics and to a production method of high-quality castrated Korean beef by feeding leek probiotics. More specifically, a clay mineral and the leek probiotics are used as feed additives and then are used for breeding of the castrated Korean beef, thereby providing effects of improving blood properties of immunity (IgY) enhancement, carcass grade, sensory evaluation and unsaturated fatty acid.본 발명은 부추생균제의 제조방법 및 부추생균제 급여에 의한 고품질 거세한우육의 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 점토광물질과 부추생균제를 사료첨가제로 사용하여 거세한우의 사육에 사용함으로써 면역력(IgY) 향상의 혈액성상, 도체등급, 관능검사 및 불포화지방산의 개선 효과를 제공한다.
