PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve suitable and effective HIFU medical treatment by improving a control method for a medical treatment ultrasonic wave in HIFU medical treatment.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave medical treatment device includes: an HIFU controller 45 for generating a medical treatment ultrasonic pulse for driving a medical treatment probe 41a, and radiating a medical treatment ultrasonic wave radiated by the medical treatment probe as a medical treatment ultrasonic beam to a target set in a medical treatment object region. The medical treatment ultrasonic pulse has pulse patterns I-III where a trigger pulse 61 for generating bubbles in a biological tissue in the medical treatment object region and a heating pulse 62 for breaking the bubbles are continuous. The trigger pulse 61 is set to have a higher intensity than the heating pulse 62, and the radiation time thereof is set shorter than the heating pulse 62. The HIFU controller 45 repeatedly drives the medical treatment probe by the medical treatment ultrasonic pulse, and properly controls the generation and breakage of bubbles in the HIFU medical treatment to achieve suitable and effective HIFU medical treatment.
