PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a working machine in which a working device is supported at a rear part of a link mechanism, which stops an ascent of a link mechanism beyond an upper limit position and a descent of a link mechanism beyond a lower limit position. A receiving member 84 provided on one of the link mechanism 4 and the working device is provided. When the link mechanism 4 is located at the upper limit position, one of the upper portion 84e and the lower portion of the receiving member 84 hits the other of the link mechanism 4 and the working device in the vertical direction, so that the upper limit position of the link mechanism 4 is exceeded. Is prevented from rising. When the link mechanism 4 is located at the lower limit position, the other of the upper portion 84e and the lower portion of the receiving member 84 and the other of the link mechanism 4 and the working device hit in the vertical direction, so that the lower limit position of the link mechanism 4 is exceeded.
