The invention relates to a hooking device (1) arranged to hold wires on a pole (2) comprising at least one wing (3) provided with an outer face (5) and an inner face (6), and an orifice (9) arranged on said outer face (5) opening, said attachment device (1) being remarkable in that it comprises: - a wire-carrying member (10) arranged to bear at least in part on the outer face (5) of the wing (3) of the post (2) so as to be able to slide without rotation along said post (2), - a rivet (20) arranged to successively cooperate with said carrier member wire (10) and an orifice (9) for holding said wire holder member (10) in position along the post (2), and - a blocking wedge (30) adapted to cooperate with said rivet (20) and arranged for exercising tending to apply against said outer face (5) the wire holder member (10).
