An artificial cruciate ligament (C) comprises: a tibial screw (1), a femoral screw (2), a pin (4) and a threaded bolt (5) inserted in the femoral screw (2), thread-like connection means (L) inserted in the tibial screw (1) and in the femoral screw (2), spring bushings (3) intended to be disposed inside said threaded holes, in such manner that the tibial screw (1) and the femoral screw (2) are interfaced with the spring bushings (3) the spring bushings (3) are inserted in the threaded holes by means of a device (100) comprising: a mounting key (A) that is engaged inside the spring bushing (3), a pre-winder (P) configured in such manner to house the mounting key (A) and a stopper (13) to lock the rotation of the mounting key (A) in anticlockwise direction.
