To provide a technique capable of fixing an artificial tooth without planing an adjacent tooth and reducing a burden in treatment time.SOLUTION: An artificial tooth 1 comprises a fixing member 3 for fixing the artificial tooth along surfaces of adjacent teeth 2A, 2B without planing the adjacent teeth 2A, 2B on an intermediate part between upper and lower parts. The fixing member 3 is a ribbon-shaped member formed of a material obtained by polymerizing a high polymer material such as an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber.
