PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cleansing oil cosmetics for scalp which are easily spread and stretched on skin, have good compatibility with the skin during massage, as well as can be easily washed away, and to provide a method of use thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides cleansing oil cosmetics for scalp containing the following components (A)-(C): (A) 25-80 mass% of squalane (B) 19-74 mass% of liquid oil except the above component (A) and (C) 0.1-25 mass% of nonionic surfactant and a method of using it independently or using it in combination with shampoo and the like.
