PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Most of the conventional level crossing accidents caused by users of electric chairs lead to major accidents and have been taken up as disastrous accidents in newspapers, etc., but there is no fundamental solution, and recently the country has finally issued an order to improve them. Seems to have been issued to the manufacturer, but the effect is considered to require a long period of time. SOLUTION: A balloon is attached to a balloon injected with helium gas, and a letter for asking for help is written on the banner with fluorescent paint that is easily noticed, and the balloon with a balloon built in a container of an electric chair in an emergency is flown over. It is a device that you can fly to and ask the local residents for help.
